- Completed undergraduate studies at Wichita State University, The University of Texas at Arlington.
- Completed chiropractic study at Texas Chiropractic College, December, 1984.
- Awarded Doctor of Chiropractic.
- Passed board examinations set forth by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, 1985.
- Completed one year study in sports medicine through New York Chiropractic College. Became Board Certified in Sports Medicine, 1987.
- Completed course of study to become certified in “management of post-surgical patient”, 1988.
- Complete a three and one half year study in orthopedics leading to Diplomate status, November, 1990. Became Board Certified in Orthopedics, 1992.
- Became Diplomate of the American Board of Disability Analysts, 1996.
- Completed course of study in back rehabilitation, 1991. Became Board Certified in Rehabilitation, 1992.
- Perform I.M.E.’s and impairment ratings for insurance companies, colleagues, and medico-legal community.
- Certified by the North American Academy of Impairment Ratings Physicians, 1992.
- Became a Fellow of the American Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedist, 1996.
- Certified by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians and TWCC, 1993.
- Designated doctor for T.W.C.C. since 1993. Have performed hundreds of commission ordered evaluations.
- Administer clinical examinations with the Texas Chiropractic Board of Examiners during State board examinations, 1990 to present.
- Delegate from the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners for National Board Exams, 1999.
- Past Texas state S.H.A.P.E. coordinator for Texas Chiropractic Association. Spinal Health Awareness Program in Education is an educational service to elementary school children of Texas. Three-day course includes instruction regarding good posture, spinal anatomy and physiology, and how to properly take care of the back.
- Texas Chiropractic Association membership chairman 1994 - 1997.
- Have held numerous officer positions for Texas Chiropractic Association.
- Award TCA District IV “Doctor of the Year” by peers, 1989, and 1996.
- Awarded TCA State “Presidents Award” for service to profession, 1996.
- Team Chiropractor for Texas Rangers baseball club, 1998 to present.
